ADAMS PINNACLE TOURS:

Cancellation Policy: Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent: Cancellation Fees: Day Tours Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours Amendment Fees: Day Tours A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.

AUSTRALIAN NATURAL TREASURES TOURING:

Full amounts are payable for ‘no shows’ or cancellations less than 24 hours from departure. Cancellations less than 1 week before departure we will incur a charge of 50%. More than one weeks notice will incur no charge. Where a private cottage has been booked as part of a cancelled booking, the whole charge will apply if less than 3 days notice is given, unless the cottage is able to be resold.

Australian Day Tours:

DAY TOURS · Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. · If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies. . Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders. ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS · A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure. · Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. · 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

Cool Dingo Tour:

Bookings cancelled more than 48 hrs prior to departure will incur no cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled between 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to departure or failure to board the tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Non utilised components not refunded.

for Wine or Reason:

If a cancellation of a Wine Tour occurs outside of 30 days form the Tour departure date a full refund will be given, Cancellation inside of 15-30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee, Within 14 days of departure 100% cancellation fees will apply.

Wildlife Coast Cruises:

Due to possible schedule amendments, we advise to check with our office before planning your itinerary. Wildlife Coast Cruises reserves the right to cancel at short notice. If you wish to cancel your cruise, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled departure receive no refund. Some cruises may be cancelled due to weather, insufficient bookings or special events. In the event of this, an alternative cruise will be offered. If this is not possible, then at the discretion of management a refund will be considered.

Adventure Tours Australia:

If you cancel some or all portions of your booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip: 30 days or more prior to departure, we will retain $99 per person; Between 15 and 29 days prior to departure, we will retain 50% of the total booking cost 14 days or less prior to departure, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking. Note that different cancellation conditions apply to some trips and additional services. Your booking consultant will advise if differences apply. Please note that for certain travel arrangements the cancellation charge may be higher than those shown. In certain cases a 100% cancellation fee applies as soon as the booking is made and the ticket is issued. You will be advised of different cancellation charges at time of booking. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation fees. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation providers, travel agents or third party tour and transport operator fees.

Tangalooma Island Resort:

By booking with Australian Private Tours & Charters you acknowledge that participation in all trips involves inherent risks that may not be present in the case of conventional or less demanding holidays. These risks include, without limitation, the possibility of injury or death, psychological trauma, disease, loss or damage to property, inconvenience, and discomfort. The possibility of experiencing all or some of these risks is likely to be higher if participating in any of our tours that involves visiting remote or unstable regions, or regions where there is dangerous wildlife. CANCELLATION BY YOU: If you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, notification of cancellation must be received by Australian Private Tours & Charters via email. If a passenger cancels their booking with notice of less than 90 days, they forfeit 30% of trip fee. If notice is less than 30 days, they forfeit 100% of trip fee. If the tour operator is forced to cancel the trip due to adverse weather conditions, passengers will receive a credit for future travel with the same tour operator, or a refund equal to 85% of the trip cost.

Notice of 72 hours notice is required to receive any refund if YOU cancel your booking. Our company has the right to cancel bookings, substitute vehicle, alter itineraries, optional activities and prices without notice. Our company or any of their affiliates will not be responsible for any unforeseeable events or break downs which may effect or alter the contents of the tours described nor will they be responsible for any death, injuries or losses suffered while on board any of our vehicles or during transferring of passengers from vehicle to another vehicle, or during optional tour/s activities as you acknowledge that some of the activities have some risk/s factors. This company is not responsible for any goods left on the vehicles. Children 1-12 years must be accompanied by an adult. Under 1 years FREE. Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Drop Bear Adventures:

Thank you for booking your Fraser Island holiday with Drop Bear Adventures. Please call us on 1800 061 156 or text 0487 333 606 to confirm your booking 24hours prior to your tour departure date. Pickup time in Noosa is 7am and if you are departing from Hervey Bay you need to meet at Hervey Bay Flashpackers at 8am unless you are staying at Colonial Village or Woolshed. Passengers are only permitted to bring a small weekend bag and all large backpacks must remain in storage either at our office in Noosa or with your accommodation provider unless authorised. All main meals are provided and we ask that you bring your own snacks and alcohol (cool boxes are provided). Please note that tour components not utilised are non-refundable and price is subject to change without notice. Bookings cancelled with less than 72 hours notice prior to tour departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations more than 28 days prior to departure - 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations from 7 days to 28 days prior to departure - 35% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to departure and no-shows - 100% cancellation fee. Should a trip be cancelled due to poor weather of mechanical breakdown, we will provide a full refund. No refunds are offered if little or no sailing occurs.

Bookings dates are fully flexible, customers are welcome to contact us directly to change their tour date at any time, subject to availability. If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees may apply. For cancellations within 48hrs of departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For Cancellations within 24hrs of Departure, no refund is available.

Whitsunday Jetski Tours:

Cancellations made after 6pm the night before tour or 'no show' may incur a 50% charge.

Sydney Pearl Cruises:

No refunds provided for cancellations.

Cancellation Policy Admission only: No charge - however advice given prior to or on the day of travel is required for cancellations. Package/Combination products: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Skydive Uluru:

All bookings incur a $100 per person cancellation fee, unless cancelling within 48hrs of departure, at which time a 100% cancellation fee applies and no refund is available. Booking amendments may incur a $100 per person amendment fee.

Explore Australia will not be held responsible for guests failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions. Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to board on the day of tour, will result in 100% full fare forfeiture. No changes can be made within 48 hours of departure; however, you can transfer your booking to another person, and we must be advised of the name change.
